Cantonese & English (Bilingual) Pastor

Rev. Daniel Chan graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with degrees in MA Church Music and Master of Divinity. He did post graduate studies with Dr. Steven W. Smith and Dr. David Allen in Text Driven Preaching.

He served in Mandarin Baptist Church of Los Angeles as Mandarin Discipleship pastor and Cantonese lead pastor for 11 years.

Since then, he has taught Text Driven Preaching and Baptist Heritage in both the Gateway Bilingual program and Southwestern Seminary Chinese Language Program.

He has also served in Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary as the Associate Director of the Chinese Language program
before entering into his current pastoral ministry at Chinese Baptist Church of Orange County.

陳東昇牧師畢業於西南浸信會神學院，獲得教會音樂碩士學位和道學碩士雙學位,
之後跟隨 Steven W. Smith 和 David Allen 博士研習文本講道法。

他曾在洛杉磯國語浸信會擔任國語堂門徒訓練牧師和粵語堂主理牧師十一年許。

自2000年起，陳牧師在金門浸信會神學院 雙語部 和西南浸信會神學院中文部 部分時間教授文 文本導向釋經講道和浸信會傳承課程。

2024年8月起, 陳牧師加入橙縣華人浸信會, 擔任粵英雙語堂牧師職務。
